I had a geat Fathers Day

My day was great yesterday, and even Saturday was great. Saturday after work my wife and children took me to the Olive Garden, and boy was that great. I ordered the Tour of Italy, what a meal. The soup and bread sticks was awesome also. Then they took me to Lowe's and bought me a Dewalt Drill I have been wanting, 18 volts of sheer power baby. That brings my collection of Dewalt drills to 3 drills and 1 18volt sawzall, and as my friend in Texas; Juan would say, '' Yes it is a collection." But I do thank my wife for the gifts. I also got a Dewalt suit case with over 100 different bits. I also got a travel pack of my favorite cologne. Polo Blue, after shave lotion, deodorant, 2 bottles of cologne, in a zipper travel bag. I love Polo Blue. I remember in Texas I was preaching in a prison and a former Mexican mafia prisoner asked me what I was wearing that smelled good and I told him what it was and he response was." Its the Machine". Well anyways I had a great weekend thanks to my family, I love you guys.

Just Existing!

I may believe that you are saved, and positionally you may know that you are saved, but you are just existing.
I have studied my Bible and knowing that Gods word is true, He does not want you to just exist knowing that you are saved. He wants you to do good for Him. To keep His commandments and to be a witness, 5 times He gave the commission. 5 in the bible is the number of Grace. Gods Grace through Jesus, salvation by grace through faith. What if I never took the commission and became a witness, what if I wasn't a soul winner. You would still be lost. What about the one one that led you to the Lord. what if they didn't take it serious to win you for Jesus. You would be lost.
Take this anyway you want to, but devices and excuses keep people on the path to Hell. Saying no to God keeps people on the way to Hell. Just being satisfied with being saved keeps people on the way to Hell.
I ask again. What if the one that lead you to the Lord didn't take it serious? You would still be lost and on your way to Hell.

Yesterday

Myself and my son went out yesterday for a little adventure, first we went and got raspas,(oh by the way probably why my stomach hurts today, it was to sweet) any ways afterwards I called our preacher and asked were John jr. could shoot his 22 rifle, and he told me about a gravel road about 5 miles out of town. So we went and found a bridge over a gully and a pocket of water and we shot at some targets and even took aim at some fish. I could tell they were big but couldn't see what it was, so today we are going back with the 22 and a fishing pole. As we were driving the length of the gravel road John jr. asks me if I could teach him to drive and I was like okay. We switched places and for about 4 miles of that gravel road he drove the jeep as though he has been driving for awhile. I mean he was doing good, even when up coming cars were coming and going over a narrow bridge, I mean it wasn't the best but he did good. I told him we would come out here and practice some more.

Whats more important?

That is the question I find my self asking lately. What is more important? Jesus asked the rich young ruler that of all his doings and sacrifices he was missing one thing. And that was that he put his possessions before the Lord. There is nothing wrong with possessions as long as they don't posses you. Jesus told him to sale his possessions but yet he would not and left with much sorrow. Sometimes I wonder about some things we do because of our American values but yet our Christian Principles are not put first. As an example we are told not to put gas in certain companies such as Chevron and other Arab companies. And they are so vigilant about it but yet will go to movie houses, Casinos and other worldly amusements. The one thing I here is, I don't watch dirty movies, or go make bets, I just eat there. But yet what about Abstaining from all appearances of evil. If it represents Evil then a true Christian will leave it alone. I ask what is more important. I am a proud American, and love my country, and I hold true to American Values, But as far as being a Christian my Testimony is far more important, for this land is not my land, I am an Ambassador of a far away country. A far better country were my Lord Jesus is. This may not be a popular subject and I might be ridiculed for it, but it doesn't change truth. I would rather you hate me for saying truth than you loving me because of compromise. I know what is important. And I am aware that one day I will stand before the Lord to be judged for the good and the bad. The least bad the best. I ask you again, What is more important?

There will be no wind

With all these new windmills going up, and they are big and there are many. but yet God in his word said that he will hold back the winds.
Now during hot days we look forward to some fresh breeze. But yet one day during the tribulation it will cease, amongst other things.
This was just a thought.
