RELIGIOUS BUT LOST

It is amazing to me how many religious people there are today, but they are either foolish or ignorant, People who claim Christianity but are outwardly hypocritical. In gulfed with what they know but yet contradict their own beliefs and they don't catch on to it, and when I say something they are like, "Who do you think you are." My response is, "I am saved and a Christian and know what I believe, And my belief is in God and His Word." and to that I get the you only think you are right. I don't think I am right I am right, If what I teach lines up with the KJBible then I a right,If I twist his word to justify my thought then I am wrong. But you know I believe that if I say something out of context, most church members wont catch it because they don't read their Bible, (SAY AMEN RIGHT THERE), you know I am right. Most church members go to see how far up in the chain they can get. and when things don't go their way they swell up like a bullfrog, and trip over there pooched out lips.
Here's a thought for you, when a so called christian goes around dressing in modest go tell her, shame on you, Hey if God hates it why not us, Open shame in the face of God and they get offended because they are confronted, We have to much blood in our hands, Its about time we get back to the old way of thinking,
Now here is my challenge to you, Study II Corinthians 13:5, but wait read and see is you can see the mind set of Paul in the begging of this chapter. 13:1-2
Let me help you, Paul is sending a stern threat of disciplinary action. He is fed up with the stubbornness of these few who have been warned, Some get up set with hard preaching or as some would falsely accuse of pulpit whipping, but read what Paul wrote, He said,"If i come back again, I will not spare:"
Christian doing right, keep doing right, Saved person consider yourself warned, God is not mocked, Lost men and women repent, and get saved, We are in the last days.

WOUNDED AGAIN,

Its amazing how so called christains act, normally I capitalize the C when I mention Christian, but these that wound me are not Christians, they may be saved but carnal, sit there and do nothing but criticise, I don't get offended but because I love Gods word and Him, but I can get wounded. And this one wounded me hard because it hit me where I am weak, and I compensate were I am weak by joking about it so I can laugh it out, But it brought me to tears, I told Melinda That I haven't felt this way since the incident in Abbeville, I just hurt and it cut to the marrow, I haven't cried like that in 2 years. But I will get over it because I can claim Romans 8:28 because I truly love God. And with revival still going on for another week that old devil wants to keep me down, but I serve one that is greater than he. His name is Jesus

THE LORD IS SO GOOD

TODAY ONE OF MY BOSSES CAME AND LET ME KNOW THAT I GOT A $1.00 RAISE AND IT JUST THRILLED MY SOUL, I AM SO EXCITED, I TOLD MY BOSS THAT EVEN GOD GOT A RAISE, WITH MY TITHES AND OFFERINGS

Its Amazing,

Do I want? yes, off course , There are somethings I desire that I don't need and My wife will agree with this, I mean most of the stuff I want is not that expensive or huge, its just little things and off course tools, and now that Bro. Sammy is here well guess what. He brought out his knives. This man has over 20,000 dollars in Case knives he collects and he brings them with him everywhere he goes because it helps him to unwind, you have to keep them polished to keep its new look, moister dulls the look and touching them with hands the oil stains them, so he and his drivers stay up all night polishing, mostly him they cant keep up with Sammy. Last year I gave him and Bro. One Bullet Craftsman tools, my cordless drill, and other stuff and he gave me a knife I was eyeballing, A German switch blade knife that was rare and no longer in production, it was mint and some 30years old. Well he gave it to me and I love it. As I polish it I pray for Bro. Sammy, but the Other one he had I kept my eye on, and knowing he was coming I thought on it again. Last night came out the knives and sure enough there it lay, I didn't say a word just looked at the 100 plus knives and that one to me was sticking out. Brother Sammy tells Dickie, You see Bro. Big John he gives me tools and supplies for the camp every year and he said I believe he got me some stuff and I said yes, he goes on to tell Dickie and Bro. Howard, Big John cant keep his eyes off that one, right at the one I was looking at, He said,"I think I will let Big John Have it." I didn't even tell him but yet out of the hundred so knives he pointed out the one he would give me. I cant wait to get, and I am honored that he will take my tools and they will use it at the camp ground, He said I could pick out $60.00 worth of materials off the book and CD tables, I don't love Bro. Sammy because he gives me stuff, I love him because he is my Friend and a mentor to me.

So far all is well,

Revival has started off great, last night John my son got saved, I have been wondering about him but I left it alone, I pray he got it settled last night. Bro. Sammy is my favorite Preacher, out side my Pastor. He has helped me so much, My wife got saved under his preaching, I have been a better soul winner because of him, I probably would have not been as effective in winning my brother to the Lord had I not known to be sensitive to the Holy Spirit, I learned all that from Bro, Sammy and Bro. Janew, Have I been instrumental in wining many to Christ, probably not. But I know this one thing, In my soul winning bible I have over 100 people that after I led them to the Lord have not one time been in church or have seen a difference in their lives, I know it is not what I see but God, But do you honestly think that someone as big as God Move in And you cant tell it. I sat at my pew and stared at Bro Sammy and Bro. Clayton and wondered, Who will pick up the slack once they are gone. I prayed last night, and asked the Holy Spirit to show me where I stand.

We Have Had Them Come Before

But, it was different this time. What do I mean?, Well let me explain, after a couple of emails Juan and Deedee came up to visit us here in Louisiana, and off course we had so much fun, but you see it was also a spiritual awakening for my little girl, and it was amazing how God used so many people. I do want to say is that the Deleon's have treated my daughter like she was their daughter. They were so helpful in the enlightenment my daughter received. Myself and Melinda have been praying for our daughter for weeks now and God has answered our prayers, God is so good. It capped off with a awesome service today at church, no preaching just worship, and leading of the Holy Spirit, It was a great weekend, Thank you guys. And to my wife I love you so much.

When we were lost it seemed that their was no guilty for tomorrow, or the thought of the future, when it came to health.

I thank God for salvation and it remove of the sting of death, the stain of sin and the future home in heaven.

But as far as the reaping what we sowed concerning our body's is still there. I remember one person in Texas after we witnessed to him he asked if God would heal him of his lung cancer now that he got saved, and if salvation would remove the guilt and the decease that crippled his body. I told him simply that when you wound your body and that no matter what you do to dress the wound the evidence is still there, the scars will always remain. I heard of surreys that try to remove scars but even with that they state that to the visible eye the mark will still stay there.

The only thing that I can come up with is this one thought,

That which makes you physically weak, should make you spiritually strong, God did not remove the thorn Paul had, though he pleaded.. I sometimes wonder what it was to, some lean so much to physical problems, I often wonder if it was the guilt of beening there of the stoning of Stephen or the guilt of wreaking so much havoc of the church before he got saved, No matter what it was it grieved him much, But it made him stronger spiritually, He became the greatest soul winner and missionary we have ever seen and heard.

Galations 1:16

I was reading just awhile ago in my bible and a key phrase that Paul said got my attention, and before I forget I want to put it here so I can build an outline for it later.
After Paul got saved and submitted to the call to preach he said," I conferred not with flesh and blood."
I am building upon the title of, NO EXCUSES.
Paul did not let nothing hinder what God had in store for him. NO EXCUSES!

Ye will not come to me, that ye might have life..John5:40

It is a fact that most sinners do not come to Jesus, and it is sad though, Because we as Christians know their destination. And the thing about is, its not that they cannot come to Christ it is that they Will not come. Jesus said in this verse, Ye will not come to me, that is sad to read what came from the Saviors mouth, the one that came that we might have life, spoke to some that would not come to him.
What is that stands between a sinner and salvation? What is that stands between a sinner and peace, forgiveness, a new heart everlasting life and Heaven itself?
It is simply his own wicked , and stubborn will.
You know we don't live in a country that we are forced to do things with out choice, we have no dictator or under a communist regime, we have a choice, we have freedom, and that is because some people decided years ago that they wanted to go to a place were they could worship God in peace were they weren't oppressed by their government. This nation was founded upon the fact that God was to be first. Our forefathers made that clear, but what is happening today, we are a nation that is forgetting God, and with that people are forgetting God and so their self will becomes harder and less likely to win to Christ. You think about it, those that witness door to door, their is more stubbornness in people today than ever before.
They are not looking for someone to be Lord over their lives, they want to do it their way. And that way is getting broader and broader, and that road leads to damnation.

Satanic Work Against Us

When I was lost I was undone with out Christ, My spirit was dead, had no hope, But my spirit was quickened when my Savior became my Lord.
Satan had me bond in words, telling me I am okay, but I was lost and needed escape, Hebrews 2:3 How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard him;
I needed to hear the true story, I didn't want to be deceived any more.
I was satisfied with the flesh, I let my self be deceived, I fought, not knowing that I was condemned,
I was Damned, on my way to hell, as an intruder, not as a guest, for my invitation was for heaven,
It just hit me right now.
We are preparing invitations for Nicole's wedding, and we make invitations for partys but the greatest invitation I was ever giving was writing by the Father of the Creator,
John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
I took that invitation and applied it to my hart, Jesus came in and Heaven became my home.

Bored again

Well I am working this weekend and once again I am bored due to it being slow. We are short on mechanics and because of that me and Kenneth the parts manager twiddle our thumbs, They let me read my Bible and that's good, I also get to work on my SS outlines as well, it is hard to find a job were they let you do this , so with that I am grateful. And off course like Oreillys we stand all day but yesterday I broke the mold, Before I quit Oreillys They gave me a shop stool with the Chevy logo on it and it was pretty, black and the outline of the bow tie in gold, but I gave it to our my Friend in Texas Juan because he had just bought a black beauty Chevy truck, so I knew he would like it, but now that I work for a Chevrolet dealership I wanted to get another one. I called the lady at Oreillys that gave me the one I gave away and ask for the other one I new she had in the back, and guess what I got it. I took it to work secretly yesterday and put it together and while every body was out of my dept. I set it up in front of my computer and sat down. Kenneth came in and just looked at me and said I have been standing for 32 years and you have been here for 2 months and now you got a stool, Then the C.E.O. of our company came in and and looked at me and Kenneth and asked him how long has he been standing. I looked at both of them and with a big grin in my face said,"You all never had a 300+ parts consultant, and well they laughed and said that I am out of my mind, but go ahead. Awhile back I had ask the Shop foreman if they ever would let a stool in and he thought no because of the traffic that goes through but my computer is set up in the corner and Kenneth in the middle, so for sure it would be hard for him to have one. So I took a chance and got approved. Soon I will take a pic of the spot and add it to this post.
It is a great job and would hate to leave it one day, never had so much liberty as I have here. I am learning alot more but it is hard, I have to memorize over 20,000 group numbers, but that will come in time, every part has a group number to associate it to the section of the car, I do know 0,000 is for a engine and 1836 is for filters, I have a mess load of post its notes on my wall and 3x5 cards, they tell me that I am going to put post-it note company out of business, I am also learning sign language, the baby of the Oustalets is death and mute and a little downs but he is great, Me and him became good buddy's, he is 47 but don't act it. I got a video of him dancing to music he cant here but he feels the vibration, he gets it going. Well back to twiddling

We did it!

Yeah! we made tamales, we also made bunelos, all at the same time. My wife is so talented. And yes we did not hold it in and the Masa still cooked, so there to tradition. ( my mom believes you cant go to the bathroom until the tamales are cooked or else they wont cook ) We had a good time yesterday, We went to Abbeville, the place I miss so much and then to Lafayette, when we got home we got to cooking. This is the first time we spend the New Year Day by our selves and it was so much fun. At about 8p.m. Todd and Dusty came over to fellowship and Bro Howard and Ms. Howard also, we ate tamales and Ms. Howard help spread masa and put meat on the tamales, She said hers were prettier than ours. It was a great ending of a day. Dusty stayed with us in the kitchen while Todd Diana and JohnJohn played with the WII, we shared with Dusty were the ( I LOVE HER ) came from, it was a funny story of lust and shoes, hard to explain. I am glad you all had a good time.

Who's right!

Let create in your mind a scenario, I am on the highway going to Lafayette, the posted speed is 70 mph. Now it doesn't say 70 mph on the right lane only but on the highway period. Whether you are on the left or the right there is only one speed. So why then does Melinda tell me to get out of the fast lane when others are obviously upset with my defensive driving. I mean I am going the speed limit but as people pass me the give the a look as though I am breaking the speed law. Melinda says that's the fast lane. Then does that mean when I get pulled over and the officer says," Do you know how fast you were gong? and my response can be this, "But officer I was on the fast lane, what does it matter how fast I was going." Now tell me do you think he will let me off. I don't think so. So you see there is no fast lane. there is just but the one highway with the posted speed limit. Now if by law I am wrong prove it. But by law you cant, you will just give me what tradition says, It is the fast lane. No sir.
Today before my eyes I saw what happens when a John as Melinda puts it, is driving the speed limit on the so called fast lane. This guy was getting people mad, and off course my wife is saying get out of the way John, referring to the driver not me. I thought it was kind of funny though. But people were breaking and riding his bumper, but yet he held his stand and never gave up the spot. You see other people though I don't know them feel the same as me. there is no fast lane, just 2 lanes.
So with that I start this year with, Lets just drive the posted speed limit.
I do have to say that this might come back and bite me though.
